The OPPO Soft Ice/Hot Bag may be used for ice & heat therapy for natural pain relief. It can help to reduce swelling, relieve headaches and pain & relax tight joints & muscles.

For cold therapy, filled the bag 2/3 full with ice, cold water or both then applied directly to the desired area.

For heat therapy, fill 2/3 full with warm water no higher than 45°C .
