Made of flexible fabric .its back has 4 pices of steel underwires that are convenient. such underwires can be adjusted manually to fit lumber lordosis while the anterior part is consist of two pieces.the lower and wider part is supporting the lower abdomen while the front side has narrow piece that is fastened in a transverse manner. it takes pressure off,relieving the pain on the disks at the lumber region.
